Can Not Watch Sky Sports on Sky's Website

I am getting the Apologies, this item has been interrupted due to an error when I try to watch any sports channel on Sky's website with IE11.

I have gone through all the steps in THIS post.

Also, I have uninstalled Silverlight and reinstalled it.

My Laptop is registered as a device in the TV Anywhere section and Sky TV section of the VM website.

Any ideas on what else I could try?

When I upgraded to Windows 10, IE11 wouldn't work for Sky premiums any more, so I jumped ship to Firefox, which did work for me. Silverlight needs to be installed to it & up-to-date.

If you are to try the same, you'll probably need to re-register the device, using up your one device change per month. Be sure to delete the "old device" from the right section (ie the Sky device management, not the TVA one) first.
