The problems with TV anywhere have been ongoing for four to five days now .. Is it not about time the number of registers in a month limit was abolished (yes it would be clunky but at least there would be a workaround for these current problems)?

Just to give you an update, the teams have been working on this and we hope to have a resolution soon.
As a work around we are able to add a device change for you which will allow you to register the device however as soon as you log out, you will get the same error again. To get the change added, please give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and follow the options to speak to the Broadband Faults team.
I know this isn't the best solution but it is only a work around until we can get things back to normal for you.
I quite understand I could get 1 register put back on (phoning, online chat etc) but then I would have the same problem later (Possibly tomorrow but even if I minimize the TVA page, I will lose it overnight as I must switch rig off at night) What I was hoping for was this device change limit to be lifted in toto (yes temporary) . Guess I will just have to wait, still have youtube and BBC catchup and 4OD etc if I need some sort of video whilst wife is watching her soaps.
