I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue using the Sky apps.
If the devices are already registered for TV Anywhere then you'll need to preform the same changes on the Sky platform. Likewise if you've already done this but you've updated the OS, they will need to be re-registered.
If you go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports you can then remove the device and attempt to re-stream from it. This will re-register it and shouldn't throw up the error again.
