New package has BT sport, so I try watching on the TV on the Go app but I get the v500 error message. Searching through the chat here hasn't helped. Any ideas? Thanks.

There's a few tips you can try for the TV Anywhere when there are some errors or it's playing up. You may only need to try one or two so be sure to give these a good go:-
