I am unable to watch BT Sports on the TV Anywhere app. The software on my iPad is up to date and I also have the latest version of the TV Anywhere app. When I select the option to watch a BT Sports channel on my iPad, I get a message saying 'connecting to Virgin media' but it times itself out continually. Can anyone suggest a fix for this?
Thanks for your message. I'm still unable to stream BT Sports on the app. I recently upgraded my TV package and I am unable to stream any of the recently added channels. I have reinstalled the TV Anywhere app but it makes no difference. I have also ensured I have installed the latest Apple updates on my iPad, all to no effect. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Many thanks for your response. I've reset the app several times now and unfortunately, it has not resolved the issue. Is there a telephone help desk I can contact to progress this issue as, I'm sure you can appreciate, it is extremely frustrating not to have access to the upgraded channels.
