Apologies to hear that you've not been able to view the TV Guide to set up your recordings.
On the app, you can select what you want to view. Depending on whether you are using the iOS app or Android app depends on where you would change this setting.
Have a look in the settings part of the app and select the View Channels options. Make sure this is set to All Channels.
