App not connecting

Keep getting streaming error V:1001 also cannot use the remote control via app say's not connected to home network.

Hello steveqae,

 

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

 

I'm sorry to read you are having an issue with TV Anywhere.

 

Have you tried to re-register the device to see if that will help?

 

If not, log into your TV Anywhere account under My Profile click into Device settings and delete the device in question. Go back onto the device, select a channel to stream which will then ask you for registration and hopefully this will work for you.
