Phone virgin today about watching sky sports with my anywhere app , which I can't get working , says iv reached my device limit which I haven't , after 40 mins on the phone they told me there's issues with the app and everyone using it for sports has the same problem ?
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you've been having an issue accessing the Sky Sports app.
Sky did inform us of an issue that has since been resolved.
You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports. I have added a device change for you to add a device too.
Do this by opening the app and streaming. It will register automatically
