Anytime App not playing on phone

I keep getting a codec error saying E=44 V=-1.

Does anyone know how to fix this

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with the TV Anywhere app on your mobile. Is this working for you now?

If you are still having a problem with the TV Anywhere app try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Hi

I reported the  same problem yesterday by phoning support. They've given me the same reply asking me to reload TV Anywhere and update Android on my Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo. I've checked and my phone is set to auto-updates and I have Android 5.1.1 which looks to be the latest. So I've reloaded TV Anywhere but I still get the Codec Error.

So where do we go next?

I've checked everything from this end and I can see that our IT team have been notified about this fault. They will be sure to get back to you when more information becomes available.
