Been struggling with this for a couple of months now and previous posts don't seem to help.
I have one device slot available and am trying to register an iPhone. I still get repeated 'Device Limited Reached' messages when trying to register the iPhone.
I have tried logging out and back in (many times) to no avail.

Should have mentioned that I'm trying to register the device through the SkySports App.
Problem solved. For anyone else, there appears to be a bug in the account page which shows device slots. A device slot may be taken by an old device (and not shown). I rang and Virgin were able to sort it out over the phone.
