Apologies for the issues you have been having trying to use TV Anywhere since your TiVo® was installed.
I've gone into the account, re-synced everything and sent some hits down to your TiVo®. Try logging in again and let me know how things go.

It looks as though we'll need to raise this further up with IT. Give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so they can get some screenshots and raise this for you.
