The Tv anywhere app recently installed on a Samsung Galaxy tab active does not fully connect to my Tivo box., i.e.. the "remote" icon is crossed out. All other menus seem to be ok.
When I try to connect, it scans then advises that "no Tivo is detected on this network"
However I have an iPod 5th gen that works happily enough.
The Superhub is connected to the Tivo via a Cat 5. ethernet cable.
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that your app isn't connecting to the TiVo® box.
The first thing to try is a complete reboot of the whole system to ensure the 'handshakes' are being made between each device.
> Firstly turn the Hub and the TiVo® off by the mains and leave off for around 5 minutes.
> Double check the ethernet cable to ensure it's secure at both ends.
> Turn on the Superhub and allow time for it to be completely online.
> Next power up the TiVo® and wait until you can navigate between menus without any hesitations.
This should allow the connection to be restored and things should then start to work on both your devices

Thanks for that, but did all that originally. Several times..!
However I did notice that the tablet was "locked out" of the 2G signal. Allowed it access and all seems to be ok now.
