Accessing Sky Sports On Apple Mac

Hi  I have been watching Sky Sports on my Apple Mac for a number of months with no problems but a couple of weeks ago I was told my devices had been exceeded.  I tried removing my apple mac from my device list and re-registering but with no success. I have tried Firefox/Safari with both but no luck. I can still access via my iPhone with no problem (although I often have to delete the app and reinstall it).

Any advice please.

Re: Accessing Sky Sports On Apple Mac

Hi Youngyp,

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having watching Sky Sports via your Mac device.

First things first, are you able to access TV Anywhere via your device?

I've taken a look at the account and can see the iPhone is registered for use with TV Anywhere but am not seeing the Mac. For use with Sky, I'm seeing both the devices registered.

Since posting have you been able to watch Sports?

If you go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > On Now > Channel 4 > Watch Now it should prompt you to register the Mac for TV Anywhere too.

Let me know how you get on and remember I'm here if you need any help.

Thanks,

Thanks Kath

Yes I have since managed to get Sky Sports to work on my computer and all appears to be okay now.

Kind regards

Paul
