Any ideas to resolve this? Logging in with the only log-in associated with my account.
Getting the "Access Denied - Please Log-in" error when trying to access anything.
When I log-in, I then just get stuck on a loop.
Same issue with both Chrome and Explorer.
Thanks for your post and apologies to here you're having an issue accessing TV Anywhere.
The first thing to note here would be that Chrome isn't supported so don't use this at all for TV Anywhere as it just uses up your change and won't work for anything else
Using Internet Explorer or Firefox, first of all clear any cache, cookies and browsing history from your Browser. Once this is done close the browser and then re-open it.
Go to anywhere.virginmedia.com and try to Log in. Does this allow you to go past here now?
