2 issues: cant use registered device and new device has issue
I bought a new device (Lenovo 3 Yoga) and swapped one registered device for this. However I cannot play Sky Cinema on this - I get an error message saying that this will not support streaming services, but no streaming is being tried. Can you help with this please?
since I tried to register the above device, the iPad I have registered will not work, saying the number of devices registered is exceeded. I've not tried to change this, it should work.
Can you please help?

I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV Anywhere devices at the moment. When you log in to check your current registered devices, are you seeing the Lenovo and the iPad there?
