reporting a site as porn

I have virgin safe switched on but one site which contains pornography, vk.com, is not being blocked. How can I report this? Previously, you told me to access Web Safe and block it there but I cant do that. Because I have problems with addiction, I set a password I wouldn't remember after turning on the filter. Can you just add vk.com, which is a Russian networking site, to the blocked list without me reporting it directly?
Thanks

Re: reporting a site as porn

You'd need to report it then and it will be reviewed after about three weeks or so by the team who manage the WebSafe side. No guarantees they would block it though as the block would affect everyone using WebSafe and they may not feel the block is justified.

There is an option to report websites as 'should or shouldn't' be blocked and to specify which category they should be blocked by or shouldn't be blocked by. If the following email no longer works, then you'd need to report it through the control area of WebSafe, here's the last known report email for websafe: websafefeedback@virginmedia.co.uk

Re: reporting a site as porn

i don't see vk being blocked. it is the russian version of facebook. i have a couple of russian friends who use it and one of them is their teenage son. don't think they would be too pleased seeing vk being blocked as they use websafe.
