Wifi security

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me , im having a bit of trouble with my daughter using the internet , in short i dont want her on my wifi so i changed the password of the wifi only to find she was still using it , is it possible for her to get onto the wifi without the password ?

no its not possible she will need the password. she could of factory reset the router then it would reset the password to the one on the label. Do you have any wireless devices and are they still connecting with the new password

Yes my devices are still connected with new password but when i asked her about situation she simply say she got it off superhub box , but like you stated i thought this was impossible

did you change the wifi password or the superhub admin password. make sure you change both

is she connecing my a network cable? are you sure its wireless. is it a pc/phone/tablet or pc

It is a phone and my superhub is behind my tv and my tv is being moved that is how i know she is looking at superhub for whatever reason

factory reset the superhub.
Login in at 192.168.0.1
change the admin password
Change the wifi SSID and password on 2.4ghz
Change the SSID and password on 5Ghz

also disable the WPS so she can't use the button on the SH to connect
