Hi

 

Thanks for the information about  turning off the safe web search. I have tried countless times to register my account in virgin media. It is VERY annoying that a message always pops out saying WRONG INFORMATION  everytime I type the necessary information like account holder name, account number, and area reference. Can you tell me what what is wrong with with virgin media? I really hate when internet providers would force people to turn on their safe web search.

Hi Lorico,

 

I am sorry that you're having difficulty with excising your Websafe options. But we honestly don't force anyone to opt in or out, we leave the choice in your hands.

I guess that the real issue here is that you are unable to login to My Virgin Media and this needs to be sorted out.
