I've gone through the help section and the apps page in my account but there is nowhere to turn this app off? How do I do it? Please don't just direct me to the help page as it's been anything but helpful so far. This is all I can see.
Yes it's sorted now. The problem was that instead of changing my address on the account I opened with Virgin (as Virgin got it wrong) they closed my account and opned a new one. I was logging into the closed account. I spoke to a guy in the tech department and he was very helpful and sorted it for me.
