Domain block (Parental Control on Super Hub 2)

I'm trying to block a single domain at the hub level using Parental Control.  Everything appears to work OK but just adding s to the http on the URL continues to provide access.  This security feature can't be so simple to circumvent, so what am I doing wrong?  This happens whether specifying the exact domain address, partial domain, including http and https, or entering it as a keyword to block (a useful feature as it also blocks reference to a specific site).  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
