I select the off button, but when I refresh the page, it is still on and sites are still blocked. Has anyone else experienced this?

That is a common symptom of a web browser not properly interacting with the scripting on the parental controls page. Please try using different web browsers to do the process.

Welcome to our Forum and please accept my apologies for the very late response to your post. We are normally able to reply much sooner and I'm sorry that we've kept you waiting.
Anyhow, I've made the necessary adjustments from my side, but you'll need to reboot (power off, power on) your Hub for the changes to take effect.

I can't turn ChildSafe off, although I changed settings in my account, the browser is still blocking websites
