Re: Can I turn off wifi

hiya @roodi you cant turn it off automatically but you can limit the devices using mac filtering -> http://help.virginmedia.com/system/selfservice.controller?CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&ARTICLE_ID=27648&CURRENT_...

you could do it manually by going to guide -> https://help.virginmedia.com/system/selfservice.controller?CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&ARTICLE_ID=27616&CURRENT...

Re: Can I turn off wifi

@roodi There is a suggested work around for the lack of timed MAC filtering on the Hub 3 here:

Re: Can I turn off wifi

What security software do you use?

For example, I use Kaspersky and although the timer within the SH pages works, I find it much easier to close the network via my Kas settings.

It is more robust and is infinitely easier to configure.

Other security suites are available ;-)

Re: Can I turn off wifi

Cannot agree more.

Kaspersky is very powerful.

Can be tricky to config but once done it is super safe.

Shout if you need config help...
