yet again slow connection

Hi,

First time poster here, but not first time having speed and/or connections issues with virgin. 

Last few days we are having very slow speeds 1-2mbps (<300kbps!!), tried 2g and 5g wifi connection, changing wifi channels as well as tried connection with ethernet cable.

Any ideas what to do, i am getting tired of virgin and the connection issues I experience with them.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
