very slow speed

Hello, every day after 6pm to 12pm my connection is very slow i use wired Ethernet connection and this is the speed at the moment, do something to solve the problem because it is impossible to open a page

Posting some basic diagnostic info may help.

Navigate to the hub's GUI using http://192.168.100.1
Don't log in, click the Router Status button in the top right of the screen.
Copy \ Paste the Downstream, Upstream, and Network Logs.

Don't worry about the formatting. I would obscure  your Wan IP address.

Are you getting the poor speeds all the time or only during the evening?

Really sorry to see you're currently experiencing slow speeds, I know this can be really irritating.

Checking your connection I can see that we're in the process of working on a fault in your area. The fault ref is: F004110347 and it's due for review on the 29th March, while this is present, you might see a reduction in your speeds, especially during peak time hours.

 

I know this isn't the best news, please accept my apologies and let me know if there's anything else we can help with.
