very slow download speeds over the last few days.

I have VIVID 150 Optical Fibre broadband however over the last few days my broadband speed has gone extremely slow and I ran a speed test and was getting download speeds of less than 1.0 mbps.

not sure what has suddenly happened.

I've restarted the router and this hasn't resolved the problem.

Similar problem, getting only 2mbps download speed at best. It started since the weekend.  See my thread about Surrey area. You are not alone.

by your power levels you need somone to come out working levels are -6 to 10 dBmV

Umm, I am also having this Lost MDD Timeout in my network log as well, in fact, a very long list of it.

it can be a card error that they have need a reset that can be mdd timeout

Same problem phoned the tech team told it was to do with the upgrades in my area
