utilization fault update

Hi.

please can one of the virgin team give me an update on utilization fault ref F004610345

this fault had a review date of 14th December but I am still experiencing  evening  speed slowdowns.

What date was given to you?

I was given the date 14th Dec then called and told May 2017!
