utilisation Problem

So yet again being fobbed off about this utilisation problem This has been going on for to long now not sure about other areas but in mine WS2 its been going on since July 2016 when you call they give you another month and another and another, last night i wasnt even getting 1mbps its a Joke called them up and yet again nothing was done but found out that the utilisation wont be sorted until May (for now that is) they offer me a £10 discount on my bill of £120 pffft i moved onto the Vivid200 gamer as was told by them it would be better its worse, takes the **bleep** even more when they are adding new people onto the network knowing there is a problem. Get it sorted virgin or my £120 will go to someone who can provide the service.

Well prepare to wait much much longer I have now been waiting since December 2014 yes 2014 not a typo, if you have options leave otherwise prepare to have the patience of a saint because all you will be getting is a REVIEW date not a FIX date every couple of months see my thread below.

Sorry to hear about the fault in your area, I know this can be frustrating. I really wish there was something I could do to quicken up this process, but it's beyond my control. If you keep in touch with us we will happily keep an eye on the fault ticket and provide updates as they come.
