using Consumer Rights Act 2015 on virgin media service not being as described

Under product quality of the consumer rights act 2015;

As described The goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase.

I understand from current investigations as reported online that a lot of customers have not received goods that matched the description, i.e. 200Mbps broadband.

I am considering the consumer rights act 2015 as a way of rectifying the situation. attempts to engage with Virgin Media on the matter have not been successful. 

Has anyone got the same problem and are seeking a route to getting a proper response from Virgin Media?
