terrible speed poor tv experience

terrible service since I took over the family account and got switched to a higher tariff for the same speed. Especially evenings and weekends like this easter weekend - constant bufferring and pixelation even after I reset the router. Can't face ringing service centre it all takes so long and the problem just recurs. Thinking of switching supplier.
