speedboost at the end of August and utilisation in S5

I was just wondering whether I'll be getting my speedboost at the end of August we are now in September i am on 100mb I know we have utilisation in S5 and speed are bad at just 10mb on good day at 5.00 PM it drops below 4mb I was just wondering if the 150mb will let me get over 10 MB on good day

Also would like to know when the utilisation will be fixed in my area this has been going on for far too long now....?

They are taking up to a week to reply at the mo'.

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

 

I'm sorry for the late response and the issues with the broadband connection.

 

I've taken a look at the high peak time traffic fault in your area (F003715640) and our engineers are still working on this with a review date of 5th October. These faults will have review dates as they can be subject to change due to the work that is required to improve bandwidth.

 

With regards to the free speed upgrade as there are still works to be completed this is not ready for you as of yet. I will keep checking this for you and once there is an update, I'll let you know.

but if I am not getting even close to the speed of 100mb at just 7mb do you think its acceptable just £10 off my bill it need to be free until this problem is fixed. just getting fed up with this service...Smiley Mad

still no reply from virgin media just as bad as customer service . Tomorrow will be on the phone to cancel my services and price increase is big joke good bye
