Re: speed drop

Are you connecting wired or wirelessly?

If wireless try a wired connection directly to the hub.

Re: speed drop

Are the speeds poor all the time or only during evening peak times?

Hopefully, someone from the @ModTeam should pick this soon and take a closer look as you have been waiting quite a while.

Re: speed drop

Thanks for posting baskcm,

Sorry to hear about the connection issue experienced.

I've had a look into this and there does appear to be a potential issue in your area concerning SNR. This type of thing is known to cause inconsistencies with your broadband performance.

I have flagged this over with Networks to investigate further and will make sure to get back to you with an update regarding this ASAP.

Having had a look at the equipment levels, there doesn't appear to be any cause for concern with the hardware.

Speak to you soon,

Nat_J

Re: speed drop

Hi Baskcm,

Thanks for waiting, the SNR fault that Nat raised was closed yesterday though upon rechecking your connection I did notice that your upstream power levels are a little on the high side. Could you give your hub a reboot and see if they return to normal? Also how is your connection since the fault closed? Any improvement?
