No known faults showing on site but 151 phone number identifies on going fault.
Speed suddenly dropped on 200MPS service to less than 20 tonight any ideas why

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your connection.
I've taken a look and I can see an SNR fault under ref: F004883855 which is due to be resolved on the 2nd Dec. This fault can cause slow and intermittent connections.
