Now saying my speed boost from 152 to 200mb is ready but is it
nothing showing when I log in just a pay more £ option
Is this going to be another it was ready but try again in a few months as we moved the dates yet again.
Don't wait otherwise it'll take ages. Phone them up and request it, 90%+ of the time, they will do it whilst you're on the phone.

Yes all fixed now, tried live chat and they said no not ready but then got a phone call 2 minutes later and they sorted it in no time
