slow!

Noticed it first a few days ago, doesn't really matter what time of a day it is. Painfully slow for 152Mbps package, rendering any streaming services intermittent if not impossible to use.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your speeds.

 

I've located the account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F003478235). Our technicians are working to get this sorted as soon as possible and have set a review date of 18th January 2017.

 

I've also picked up a possible issue with the equipment that will require a technician to sort out. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
