I have been getting sub 50mb speed for expected speed of 200mb. Is this an over utilisation / load issue or a fault on my equipment?
How are you connecting wired or wirelessly?If wireless, try wired directly to the hub with a Cat 5e cable or better with a device equiped with a gigabit ethernet network card.

I Phoned customer service and it was an issue with my Hub that has now been corrected.
Note WiFi or Ethernet connection had the same speed test results of sub 50mb but after resolution of problem speed was back to normal at approx. 150mb even though I pay for 200mb!!
