slow speeds at peak times

Hi I am getting slow speeds at peak times (typically 4pm-11pm weekdays and weekends)?.

I pay for 50mb during the Day i get 50 but come tea time onwards it drops to 10mb  so i cant watch my now tv it keeps buffering any ideas please i am a new customer and got till end of December to make my  mind up to stay or go.

I am sorry to hear about your issues with slow speeds during peak times, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can't see anything out of the ordinary, no errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of the power levels are within the preferred ranges.

 

Are you still having these issues? If so, how are you connected, wired or wireless?

 

Also, could you please run a speed test with the Hub in modem mode connected directly via ethernet cable to the computer running in safe mode with networking.
