slow speeds G11 area

hi there could a member vm staff look into problem speed 20meg and I'm paying for 200 meg happens every day during peak times very annoying G11 area

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times. Our technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. The current review date is 22nd February 2017.

Is this still the repair date? I know how these can slip? The evening drops are now down to a most 10% of advertised speed. (That said, in this area most of the day is usually 60-75% advertised speed.)

PS It would be great if the information you have was on the Service Status rather than stating everything is working properly when it clearly isn't. Doesn't even look good for Virgin Media.

The date that Josh provided above is a review date, this is when we can expect the fault ticket to be updated by the engineers on the job. We will then be able to pass any new info over to you.

 

The reason this fault doesn't appear on the Service Status page is because this is a cable specific fault and the Service Status page will only report faults in postal areas.

There is an issue in Broomhill area for SNR and FECS errors fault F005039426, if you are covered by G11 Partick then chances are this fault will be affecting you.

I have been having regular disconnections SNR spikes etc, slow speeds on a regular basis since December.  Its becoming a joke this ISP.

I've checked your connection and I'm sorry to see that fault: F004055880 is present in your area and is being reviewed on the 1st Nov. This fault may cause slow speeds, especially during peak time hours.
