Tuesday the signal for my area DE72 3GS when down had no tv or broad band for most of the
day. Since then have had very slow internet speed take ages to load and having problems with
connecting to Netflix. I am wondering if it my apple mini mac or something to do with the signal problem on Tuesday?
This also occurs on the tablet and laptop

I have taken a look and it seems there was some maintenance in your area, ref M02928225. This has now been completed.
The connection now looks good from this side. How are things looking from your side now? If you are still having trouble let me know and I will take a further look for you.

thanks for the reply. still had problems after fix. loss broadband , and Netflix connections.
took some time to get every thing back on line (tablet, Laptop Mac and Tv but Ok now.
Slow speed due to too much rubbish on computer sorted with Apple support.
