slow speed

I am getting slow speeds during peak times been like this  for 6 weeks   getting  9.60 mbps download not the 100mbps  I pay for.    ok in day time was faster on  phone line

Sorry to read you are having an issue with your broadband speeds during peak hours.

 

I've managed to locate your account and it appears you are being affected by a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. The reference number is F004967493 and has a review date of 10th May.
