Ask Customer Service if you are in an oversubscribed area, if this is the case do not expect a fix for years if ever. Move to a different ISP as soon as possible.

This is after "Fair usage" 22:10pm on Vivid 200

This is just beyond a joke now. Consider this the last month i stay with these con men. OL11 used to be great a few years ago, now i am stuck at 5-10Mb on a 200 vivid plan. Would rather have a guaranteed 50 than this garbage. Going to BT for 12 months.

"Just be careful about how much info you reveal or the mods will edit your post" Seems about right, even the mods are trying to keep the overselling on the quiet.

I deal with BT Business Broadband for work and it's great, really is. UK call centre too. 

This "Fair Usage" not to be confused with "Throttling" is the biggest scam going. The main reason we need over 20mb is for Streaming and who uses that during work hours? 

The only good thing i have to say is the Engineers are great and honest. They aren't bent yet. 

If you are reading this and are in a OL11 area just switch now, it's all downhill from here.

Just had 50MB broadband installed today, and it would seem that my EE standard broadband though a BT line is faster as it runs at a steady 7.93MB

What a joke! Will be cancelling virgin at the end of the week...
