slow broadband

yet again trying to watch a film and stop start stutter freeze. did download test . 9.1 mg . ive been sold and am paying for 70 mg. this is getting to a point that its hardly worth watching

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing. I've taken a look into this and I'm sorry to report that we have a fault in your area which is responsible for reducing the speeds, especially during peak time hours. The fault ref is: F004407686 and it's due for review on the 22nd March.

TODAY ITS DOWN TO 2.2 .. TURNED IT OFF AND BACK ON ITS 6.4 . I AM GOING TO CANCELL MY DIRECT DEBIT AND YOU CAN SEND ME A PAPER BILL . I WILL THEN DEDUCT THE PERCENTAGE THAT I AM DOWN ON MY BROADBAND AND SEND A CHEQU
