Hello, my contract is for 200 mb but I can`t get more than 50 mb since I install it. I`m not expecting to get 200 mb but it should work with at least 100 mb, don`t you think ?
You would think so, wouldn't you? Virgin doesn't give a stuff. Have you been given the Hub 3.0, at least?

Really sorry to hear you're experiencing speed issues.
I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking great at the moment. Your signal levels are healthy and there are no issues with the network in your area.
Are you connecting wired or wirelessly? Can you run a speed test with the hub in Modem Mode and post the results?
Also, I've noticed your hub hasn't been rebooted for quite a while. I'd like you to switch the hub off at the mains, leave it off for a minute then switch it back on.
