slow broadband

Hi! im a new virgin media broadband customer ( 2 months). I have the 100mbp/s package. after the instalation, everything worked fine, my speed was 100 mbp/s ( checked into the speed test thing ). But since 2 weeks ago, i can only reach 10mb. And its really frustating cause the internet is slow. Any idee how can i fix that? tried to restart the router, nothing happened

Same in BB8, speed dropped to 10mb again, after contacting customer services via live chat 21/1/17, speed back up to 200, come to use it again around 6pm tonight, back to the same. Pathetic.
