slow broadband

I have been monitoring my broadband speed for sometime and have found it only connecting at average speeds of 30mbps and sometimes as low as 8 mbps , i pay for 100mbps. Has other customers found the same problem. I am considering contacting of-tel as i feel I am paying for a service virgin is failing to provide

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking great; signal levels are all good and no network faults. I just need a bit of information so I can figure out what's going on:-

 

  • Are you connecting wired or wirelessly?
  • Does it affect all devices or just one?
  • Does it only happen at certain times of the day?
