slow broadband and being fobbed off by VERY POOR customer service

felt the need to post this as im on the verge of joining sky ...

have been a vm/telewest customer for nearly 20 years and now appalled by lack of decent customer service

our home broadband has been under 4mb since december. 
i have called vm on numerous occasions after long wait times. sometimes the phone connection even being cut off after 20mins in a queue

being told constantly they would credit my account and that never happens

now im being told by someone in india or abroad somewhere that there is a fault in my area and the service will resume 15th feb

this has been going on since end of november. would it not have been courteous for vm to notify their customers rather than all this?

i think to be fair im just being fobbed off but ill wait until 15/16th feb and take it from there

just wondering if anybody else has similar issues im in liverpool 01 area reference

very slow speed for months and lack of help

not sure what happened to my last post??

 

my broadband painfully slow for months. have called up but don't seem to be getting anywhere

thought id post my router info hopefully someone can help me

getting less than 3mb download speeds but 5mb upload speeds. very weird. cant stream videos or anything...
