my broadband has been slow for the last few evenings max download 4Mbs and upload 6 Mbs, anybody else having these problems. Nowhere near the 70 Mbs i am paying for.

Are you connecting wired or wirelessly?
I'd like you to run a wired speed test with the hub in Modem Mode to see what kind of results we get.
