bs31 has had slow broad band since june 2016, and will not be upgraded untill april 2017 maybe,Virgin are taking on new customers with out the bandwidth, so that means i can only get 5mb download if im lucky, now in contact with ofcom,
Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you're getting poor speeds. I've just checked your connection and there is a contention fault under ticket F004973707. This will cause poor speeds at peak times such as evenings and weekends. The current review date for this is 19/04/17. This fault was only opened recently so the review date could be brought forward or pushed back depending on the first set of works. If you post here following the review we can check again for you.
