Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing problems with your broadband service again. I've had a check on your connection to look into this and everything looks ok with the hub. Traffic on your network segment is still climbing around peak times but it's below the thresholds which is great.
Are you connected wired or wireless? The hub has been on for quite some time so I'd recommend giving it a quick reboot and see if this makes any improvement.
