is this the longest repair in history? I had a fault with my broadband speed in April 2016 when I rang kept being told new dates for complecain now told it will be at least March 2017.they said I was getting varying speeds cos at peak times the amount of people using,but it is all the time .at 10 o' clock 1 day last week I had 8.5 mbs that is not peak time .i think virgin wont me to get another provider
