Hey guys, any suggestions, recently my superhub2 is reporting t3, t4 and lostmdd timeout errors, also pre and post errors are nearly equal and range from 300 to 1200,
I am on the vivid 200mb but most of the time i'm only getting 10Mb or 20Mb, sometimes as low as 3Mb, a hub reset does nothing to clear the issue, however upload seems unaffected, I reported it to VM who did something , speeds were then 230Mb at 08:00 but only 10-60 in the afternoon/evening within a day it was slow at both times again.
the hub login is sometimes unobtainable and only a reset will allow access.
Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you're getting poor speed and drop outs.
I've just checked your connection and can see there is a contention fault open in the area under ticket F004609728. This will cause slow speeds at peak times but wouldn't explain the T3s T4s and drop outs, it's due for review 15/03/17.
The T3s and T4s will require a technician to investigate and I've just sent you a private message to arrange the best time for this.
